Subscription Information
About our rates
Subscription Rates
are available upon request. Individual (single-user) subscriptions are
offered only to self-employed and solo practitioners. Otherwise, our
rates are institution-wide, and are priced according to the size and
nature of an organization.
If you are a student, academic or employee in a large organization (law firm, government agency, etc.) please ask your librarian or resource manager to contact us for more information.
We
offer discounts to non-commercial users, and do our best to accommodate those who are unable to pay a subscription fee.
Our
payment options include bank transfer, check, PayPal, or credit card.
If you choose to pay by credit card, 2checkout.com is an authorized
retailer of IAReporter.
All inquiries should be directed to: subscribe@iareporter.com. Subscriber benefits include:
- Our flagship newsletter, Investment Arbitration
Reporter, which aggregates the latest news and analysis items posted to our website over the previous fortnight.
- Login access to our searchable database of all past content, comprising hundreds of news and analysis articles.
- Discounted rates for special reports and occasional review publications
With so much information available for free on-line, why subscribe to our service?
- Unique Content:
We don't repackage "news" that can be found elsewhere on the web. Our
dedicated investigative reporting and unrivalled network of contacts
yield unique stories and insights about legal and policy developments that are otherwise unpublicized.
- Insight and Analysis: We've been reporting and tracking investor-state arbitrations for a decade. Our long experience means that our coverage provides a level of insight and analysis that is unmatched. We are a journal of record used by a broad array of law firms, universities, and government/non-government organizations.
- Information Triage: Not everything is newsworthy. We don't bombard you with peripheral developments, puff pieces, or industry gossip.

What We Do
Investment Arbitration Reporter is an electronic news service tracking
cross-border arbitrations between foreign investors and their host
governments.
Our
reports help a broad range of readers - including lawyers, academics,
and government officials - stay abreast of the latest
lawsuits and policy developments related to nationalizations,
privatizations, and other regulatory disputes.
Our service is renowned for its investigative focus, and we report regularly on international law developments that are otherwise not public.
If you're not
a subscriber, feel free to browse our headlines and other features. A
few of our articles are free, but most require a subscription.
